Just finished night shifts which mean more moth pics!, first up in rather poor condition is a Broad-bordered Yellow Underwing, a new one for me.

A probable Hedge Rustic, taken in poor artificial light, the moth was actually a lot darker than the pic shows.

A walk out at Tetney Marshes this morning to count the egrets!, how things change, female Common Scoter still in the creek off fitties yacht club, present for at least a week.

Juvenile Tree Sparrow about to fledge into the big bad world, of twelve boxes i made and put up at the sewage works all have been used, most double brooded, this particular box is on it's third brood.
