Sewage works today, Not a lot bird wise, Green Sandpiper appears to have gone but a Turtle Dove has suddenly appeared and singing, nice selection of flutterbies around though, starting with Red Admiral, plenty of these around last few days.

Quiet on the bird front at sewage works this morning, Green Sandpiper still present, ( Buzzard over yesterday ), stopped at Waithe Beck on way home, TA 324 015 just east of Tetney village, looked down over the bridge and a Banded demoislle flitted past, a total surprise, i wonder how long they have been there?, cracking beasts and a lifer no less.
